من نحن
«موعد» (Mawid) منصة لحجز المواعيد وإدارة العملاء تعمل عبر الموقع maw3id.pro وتطبيق الجوال. تستخدمها الأنشطة التجارية (صالونات، عيادات، مراكز، مستقلون) لإدارة حجوزاتها، ويستخدمها العملاء لحجز مواعيدهم ومتابعتها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- العملاء: الاسم ورقم الجوال (للتحقق بالرمز وإرسال التأكيدات والتذكيرات)، وتفاصيل الحجز (الخدمة، الوقت، الملاحظات)، وتفضيل اللغة، ورمز جهاز الإشعارات إن فعّلتها، وسجل الحضور والإلغاء لدى كل نشاط.
- أصحاب الأنشطة والموظفون: الاسم ورقم الجوال وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة)، ومعلومات النشاط (الاسم، العنوان، الخدمات، ساعات العمل)، وبيانات الاشتراك والمدفوعات (المرجع، المبلغ، الفترة)، وحساب التسوية البنكي إن أُدخل.
- تقنياً: سجلات الخادم (عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح/الجهاز، وقت الطلب) لأغراض الأمان وتشغيل الخدمة فقط.
لا نجمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي، ولا نصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو الصور، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية.
كيف نستخدمها
- تنفيذ الحجز وإرسال التأكيد والتذكير عبر واتساب أو الرسائل النصية أو إشعارات التطبيق.
- تمكين النشاط الذي حجزت لديه من إدارة موعدك (يرى النشاط اسمك ورقمك وسجل حجوزاتك لديه فقط).
- تحسين موثوقية الحجز (مثل طلب عربون من العملاء المتكرري الغياب).
- الرسائل الجماعية من النشاط إلى عملائه تُرسل عبر واتساب أو إشعار التطبيق فقط، ويمكنك إيقاف إشعارات التطبيق من إعدادات جهازك.
مع من نشاركها
مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين للتشغيل فقط: Meta (رسائل واتساب عبر WhatsApp Business API)، مزوّد الرسائل النصية المحلي، خدمة إشعارات Expo/Apple/Google، مزوّد الاستضافة (Railway)، وبوابة الدفع عند دفع عربون إلكترونياً. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
تبقى بيانات الحساب ما دام الحساب فعّالاً. يمكن للعميل حذف حسابه من داخل التطبيق (حسابي ← حذف الحساب) أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب؛ عندها يُحذف الاسم ورقم الجوال وكلمة المرور وأجهزة الإشعارات نهائياً، وتبقى سجلات الحجوزات السابقة لدى الأنشطة كسجل تجاري لها. أصحاب الأنشطة يطلبون حذف نشاطهم عبر الدعم.
الأمان
الاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، كلمات المرور مخزّنة بتجزئة آمنة (scrypt)، والدخول برمز تحقق أو بصمة الجهاز. الوصول إلى البيانات مقيّد بالنشاط المالك لها.
حقوقك والتواصل
يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر واتساب +970598662581 أو البريد support@maw3id.pro. الخدمة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 16 عاماً.
Privacy Policy (English)
Mawid (maw3id.pro and the Mawid mobile app) is an appointment booking and client management platform used by businesses (salons, clinics, freelancers) and their clients.
Data we collect. Clients: name and phone number (OTP verification, confirmations and reminders), booking details, language preference, a push-notification token if enabled, and attendance history per business. Business owners and staff: name, phone, hashed password, business profile (name, address, services, hours), subscription and payment records, and payout bank details if provided. Technical server logs (IP, device/browser, timestamps) for security only. We do not collect location, contacts or photos and we use no advertising trackers.
How we use it. To run bookings and send confirmations/reminders over WhatsApp, SMS or app push; to let the business you booked with manage your appointment (it sees only its own clients); to improve booking reliability (e.g. deposits for repeated no-shows). Business broadcasts reach clients over WhatsApp or app push only; push can be disabled in device settings.
Sharing. Only with processors needed to operate the service: Meta (WhatsApp Business API), a local SMS gateway, Expo/Apple/Google push services, our hosting provider (Railway) and the payment gateway when a deposit is paid online. We never sell data or share it for advertising.
Retention and deletion. Account data is kept while the account is active. Clients can delete their account in the app (Account → Delete account) or via the account deletion page: name, phone, password and push devices are permanently removed; past appointment records remain with the businesses as their business records. Businesses request deletion through support.
Security. HTTPS everywhere, scrypt-hashed passwords, OTP or device biometrics for sign-in, tenant-scoped data access.
