حذف حسابك في موعد
- افتح تطبيق موعد وسجّل الدخول بحساب العميل.
- اذهب إلى تبويب حسابي ثم اضغط حذف الحساب وأكّد.
- يُحذف اسمك ورقم جوالك وكلمة مرورك وأجهزة الإشعارات فوراً ونهائياً. تبقى سجلات حجوزاتك السابقة لدى الأنشطة التي حجزت لديها كسجل تجاري خاص بها.
لا تستطيع الدخول إلى التطبيق؟ أرسل «حذف حسابي» مع رقم جوالك على واتساب +970598662581 أو إلى support@maw3id.pro وسننفذ الطلب خلال 7 أيام.
أصحاب الأنشطة: يُحذف النشاط بكامل بياناته بطلب من المالك عبر نفس القناة.
Delete your Mawid account
In the app: Account → Delete account and confirm. Your name, phone number, password and push devices are removed immediately and permanently; past appointment records stay with the businesses you booked with as their business records.
