Terms of Use (English)

By using the Mawid website or app you agree to these terms. Your registered phone number must be yours and you are responsible for your password; accounts used for spam, fake bookings or impersonation may be suspended.

A booking is an agreement between you and the business; Mawid is the technical intermediary. Cancellation and deposit policies are set by each business and shown before you confirm. Online deposits are refunded according to the business policy.

Business subscriptions are prepaid per month or year. After the paid period a 48-hour grace period applies, then the dashboard and booking page pause until renewal while data is kept. Prices are in ILS and may change for future periods with notice. Fees for a period that has started are non-refundable.

Confirmations and reminders are sent over WhatsApp, SMS or app push on behalf of the business; each plan includes a monthly message allowance. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for the services delivered by businesses or booking disputes.
